> New Fillers Coming to the Marketplace
Juvederm, a new filler, has been approved by the FDA. This filler is much like Restylane and has been used in Europe for several years with good success. While it isn't yet available for sale, we expect it before the end of the year. Additionally, we expect Perlane, a filler that we have used successfully in trials, to be approved shortly as well. Perlane will be somewhat longer lasting than Restylane and has slightly less swelling after treatments. It is exciting to see so many new developments in the field of fillers and new treatments for wrinkles.
